Members of BOMA Greater Miami-Dade, BOMA Orlando, BOMA Jacksonville, & BOMA Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach. BOMA International is a primary source of information on office building development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics and technological developments.  Our President & CEO, Devin Grandis, also served as the immediate past President of BOMA of South Florida.  In 1999 APT was recognized by BOMA as Member of the Year and in 1998 as "Vendor of the Year."
 

Members of IES (Illuminating Engineering Society).  The Illuminating Engineering Society of North America (IESNA) is the recognized technical authority on illumination. For over 100 years, its objective has been to communicate information on all aspects of good lighting practice to its members, to the lighting community, and to consumers, through a variety of programs, publications, and services.

 

Members of NALMCO (International Association of Lighting Management Companies).  
The international Association of Lighting Management Companies is an organization of lighting management and related companies who are committed to promoting professional lighting management techniques, the benefits of quality lighting and to fostering the expansion of the lighting management industry in a professional and ethical manner for the benefit of its members and end users.

 

Members of AEE (Association of Energy Engineers).  AEE is your gateway for information on energy management, energy services, deregulation, power quality, plant engineering, environment, HVAC, lighting, utility, electricity, oil, gas, geothermal, power, DSM, rebates, cogeneration and facility management.

 

Members of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).   Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 65,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials. As the global industry trade association, ICSC links with more than 25 national and regional shopping center councils throughout the world.

 

Members of ISA (International Sign Association).  The International Sign Association (ISA) was founded in 1944 as the National Electric Sign Association (NESA) to represent manufacturers, users and suppliers of on-premise signs and sign products. Our members represent the industry at all levels, across the world. ISA exists to support, promote and improve the sign industry.
